My Philosophy

What can we say about Candice Lopez? Her positive impact has reached far beyond the pages of She is a Certified Personal Trainer through ACTION and has earned a Bachelors in Kinesiology-Exercise Science at Fresno State University. She is also a new mom, women's fitness enthusiast, entrepreneur, and wife.

Candice has proven time and time again that healing does not stop with massage therapy and soft tissue work. Manual therapy is the reset to recorrecting motor control patterns. Resistance training will reinforce the correction and help create better movement.

What I Offer

Our society doesn’t tend to support us in the way of moving or functioning optimally. Our posture and movement has taken the biggest hit and can result in pain and(or) injury. My goal is to help you achieve the proper muscular length and strength relationship to help you function optimally. I’ll help you find and treat the cause of these postural and functional problems so we can fix the problem. That’s why I offer personal training at my office and online, for better posture and pain relief.

In Person Sessions

Resistance Training: These sessions take place at my office and include training with resistance bands, floor exercises, and free weights. My goal is to help you improve your movement and posture. They are nicely supplemented with my massage/ART sessions to reinforce better movement. 

Aerobic Training: Aerobic training is a great way to improve one’s aerobic fitness(cardio) to benefit one’s physiologic functions. I create customized exercise prescriptions based on your heart rate, blood pressure, and goals to make sure I monitor your health while improving your fitness and keep you safe.

FMS: Functional Movement Screen is a series of movements that I asses to make sure you move well enough to return to physical activity. This screen is excellent as assessing imbalances in the body, so I can help you achieve top athletic performance and better function.

Online Personal Training

My online sessions will include at least 1 FaceTime/Skype session to help explain movements and exercises, along with a training program.

My online training can help you achieve the goals of weight loss and gaining strength. General nutritional guidance is also available to help you achieve your goals in weight loss and(or) maintenance. 

My goal is to help you move better in your everyday life! I believe that moving well and moving often is the key to a pain-free life!
